Content Guidelines

  • Posts should be between 1,000 and 1,500 words
  • Must be original, well-researched, thoughtful, and never-before-published
  • Drafts should be submitted in a Google Doc with editing permission enabled
  • We do not accept sales pitches, promotional texts, case studies, or press releases
  • Include images or videos that are either branded or you’re licensed to use
  • Post should be written in accordance with SEO best practices; details will be outlined by SmartRecruiters’ editorial team pending submission approval
  • Include links (max 2) to pages on your site that are instructional or educational resources
  • Include external links to reputable sources and/or links to SmartRecruiters’ resources when possible
