Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources (HR) field. He serves on several Boards for progressive HR technology companies including Everwise, Impraise, and SmartRecruiters. Jeff serve as a growth consultant to many high growth progressive software companies across the globe.
Prior to this, Jeff was the Chief People Officer at Atlassian. He was responsible for HR, Facilities, Employee Experience, and Shared Services worldwide. Jeff was instrumental in driving a successful IPO and growth agenda over the past four years enabling Atlassian to go from 300 team members and $100M in revenue to 2000 and over $600M in revenue and a market cap of more the $6B. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2012, Jeff was CPO at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where he built the company's HR function, led a series of key initiatives to produce more than $25 million in savings, helped drive an innovative product improvement strategy and best practice sharing with customers worldwide, and doubled the company's salesforce with a record-breaking 600 new hires in one year. Previously, Jeff was Chief HR Officer at Safeco, a personal insurance company, where he made the largest overhaul to the company's rewards program in its’ history and designed a progressive talent management agenda to support a new high growth market expansion business strategy. Jeff has held various HR leadership roles at Microsoft, General Electric and Bell South. Jeff is a Six Sigma BlackBelt and holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, and a Master's degree in HR management from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Morgan Wilson is Senior Manager in the Training & Personnel Development department at Expeditors, headquartered in Seattle, WA. Morgan led the search and selection effort of the company’s first 3rd-party talent acquisition system and now has ownership for the effective use of SmartRecruiters for the 187 offices worldwide. Notable about Expeditors is the absence of a formal HR department. Morgan also leads Expeditors ethics & compliance training efforts and is in his 25th year with the company.

Michael P. Ross is Global Head of Human Resources for Visa Inc. In this role he is responsible for managing all human resources functions in the organization, including talent management, staffing, compensation and employee relations, as well as developing effective retention, diversity and performance management strategies. Before joining Visa in January 2013, Ross was the Chief Talent and Rewards Officer for HP. Prior to joining HP, Ross worked in Merrill Lynch’s Human Resources Division in New York and London. As President and COO at Scality, Erwan manages all aspects of the company’s operations, in particular product development and engineering as well as customer facing activities, including sales, channels and global alliances, professional services and customer support. Erwan is a storage and telecommunications industry veteran, with a passion for operational excellence. From 2011 to 2013, he was Chief Operating Officer at DataDirect Networks (DDN), the largest privately-held storage company world-wide, where he achieved significant annual growth. Under his leadership, the DDN team entered new vertical markets, successfully launched DDN’s object storage product and redesigned the company’s customer experience, from demand generation through support.
Prior to DDN, Erwan spent fifteen years in the telecom industry, most recently as Vice President and General Manager, leading HP’s Communications and Media Solutions group. Sarah is the Director, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Principal Staff Officer at Indigo Books & Music. In this role she’s responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Performance Management. Since her arrival in 2015, Sarah’s redefined how Indigo sources and assesses talent leveraging non-traditional hiring practices to ensure the right people are brought into the organization in the right roles at the right time. A Northern California native, Jeanette graduated from St. Mary’s College of CA and completed post graduate studies at Stanford University. She resides in San Francisco and always keeps her passport on hand for spontaneous travel adventures.
In his role at Atlassian, Eric is responsible for integrating and maintaining all HR related IT systems. Prior to joining Atlassian, he worked both as a customer and a consultant supporting HR systems, primarily Workday.
