Attracting skilled employees is no longer simply the responsibility of HR as it now stands as a top concern of business leaders—ranking #3 in Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital trends report. Finding new talent to fill open positions is at the nexus of Talent Acquisition (TA).

And according to Bersin’s High-Impact TA research, it was found that a mature TA function is 2.6 times more likely to have a robust talent pipeline than an immature TA function.2 To help develop these robust talent pipelines, organizations create candidate pools (consisting of active and passive candidates) by pulling from multiple sourcing channels. The top three sourcing channels by candidate yield are company websites, job boards / search engine aggregators, and internal candidates. However, which of these sourcing channels provide the highest-quality candidates? And what sourcing channels are used by more “mature companies”?3

This webinar addresses these questions and more using Bersin’s TA research, along with Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital Trends data. It can help practitioners:

  • Improve their blend of sourcing channels
  • Know which steps to take to help increase sourcing maturity
  • CASE STUDY: Understand how Indigo Books & Music enhanced their sourcing strategy
